Đương đơn đích thân nộp đơn tại Tổng Lãnh sự quán Pháp tại TP Hồ Chí Minh.
Không xem xét đơn nộp qua bưu điện.

Tất cả các đương đơn phải xin cuộc hẹn từ trang Internet sau : bấm tại đây

NHẮC LẠI :

  • Khối Schengen gồm các quốc gia sau : Đức, Aó, Bỉ, Đan Mạch, Tây Ban Nha, Estonie, Phần Lan, Pháp, Hy Lạp, Hungari, Islande, Ý, Lettonie, Lituanie, Malte, Luxembourg, Na Uy, Hà Lan, Ba Lan, Bồ Đào Nha, Cộng Hòa Tiệp Khắc, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Thụy Điển, Thụy Sĩ.
  • Visa Schengen cho phép vào và lưu trú trong các quốc gia nêu trên..
  • Đơn được nộp tại cơ quan đại diện của quốc gia mà đương đơn dự định đến, nghĩa là quốc gia mà đương đơn định lưu trú trong thời gian dài nhất hay là quốc gia mà đương đơn định thực hiện chuyến đi. Trong trường hợp mà thời gian lưu trú tại nhiều quốc gia bằng nhau, đơn được nộp tại Đại sứ quán của quốc gia khi đương đơn vào khối Schengen.
  • Visa Schengen không cho phép lưu trú tại các vùng trong Lãnh thổ Pháp tại hải ngoại (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane francaise, Réunion, Polynésie francaise, Nouvelle-Calédonie). Nếu cần đến các vùng nêu trên, cần xin một visa đặc biệt.

THÔNG TIN CÂN BIẾT :

  • Đương đơn xin visa phải lưu trú hợp pháp tại Việt Nam.
  • Hồ sơ xin visa phải nộp sớm nhất trước 3 tháng hay trể nhất 15 ngày trước ngày dự định đi.
  • Thời gian xem xét hồ sơ xin visa là 15 ngày.
  • Các dữ kiện sinh học (10 dấu vân tay và ảnh kỷ thuật số) được lấy khi nộp hồ sơ xin visa.
  • Hồ sơ được xem xét dựa trên các chứng từ do quý vị cung cấp. Tại quầy nhận hồ sơ, không yêu cẩu nộp thêm chứng từ. Nếu trong hồ sơ của quý vị thiếu một chứng từ, có nghĩa là quý vị không thể hay là không muốn cung cấp chứng từ nầy.
  • Môt hồ sơ không hoàn chỉnh có thể đưa đến quyết định từ chối cấp visa. Tuy nhiên, cung cấp đầy đủ các chứng từ không bảo đảm đương nhiên là nhận được visa.
  • Khi cần thiết, đương đơn có thể được mời đến phỏng vấn và được yêu cầu cung cấp thêm chứng từ.
  • Tất cả các chứng từ bằng tiếng Việt phải kèm theo bản dịch sang tiếng Pháp hay tiếng Anh.
  • Tất cả các chứng từ phải kèm theo bản sao (photocopie), và photocopie sẽ được thị thực khi trình bản chánh. Phòng visa chỉ giữ lại bản photocopie. Bản chánh được trả lại quý vị ngay.
  • Các bản photocopie cỡ giấy A4.
  • Không chấp nhận chứng từ bằng fax và e-mail.

CHỨNG TỪ CẦN NỘP

Đương đơn chọn loại visa mà mình muốn được nhận và cung cấp các chứng từ thích hợp. Phòng visa xem xét hồ sơ theo hướng nầy. Quyết định cấp hay từ chối cấp visa căn cứ trên hồ sơ do đương đơn nộp.

1. Chứng từ cần thiết khi nộp hồ sơ

1. Điền rõ ràng và kí tên đơn xin visa Shengen. Đơn xin thị thực bắt buộc phải được điền bằng tiếng Pháp hoặc tiếng Anh.
2. 1-1 ảnh màu, cỡ 3,5 X 4,5 cm, chụp thẳng, đầu trần trên nền sáng có 1 màu.
3. 1-Hộ chiếu còn giá trị và được cấp từ ít nhất 10 năm, còn giá trị ít nhất 3 tháng sau ngày rời khỏi lãnh thổ các nước thành viên Shengen, còn ít nhất 2 trang trắng. Bản chính và photocopie tất cả các trang định danh của hộ chiếu và tất cả các trang có đóng dấu chính thức hoặc có visa.
4. Lệ phí hồ sơ : trả bằng tiền mặt bằng đồng VN tương đương với 60 Euros (bấm tại đây để biết tỷ giá)
Chú ý : lệ phí hồ sơ không hoàn lại nếu visa bị từ chối.
5. 1-Hộ khẩu. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.

2.Chứng từ chứng minh mục đích của chuyến đi

1.1-Đi du lịch hay mục đích cá nhân :

  • Giấy bảo lãnh của 1 cá nhân trong trường hợp lưu trú tại nhà của cá nhân nầy
  • Giấy xác nhận đăng kí trong trường hợp đi trong 1 chuyến du lịch có tổ chức, hay là chứng từ thích hợp khác cho biết chương trình của chuyến đi.
  • Trong trường hợp đổi máy bay (transit), visa hay giấy phép nhập cảnh vào quốc gia định đến. Vé máy bay tiếp theo cho chuyến đi.

2.Đi công tác :

  • Giấy mời của 1 công ty hay 1 giới chức mời dự họp, dự hội nghị hay dự 1 sự kiện thương mại, công nghiệp hay nghề nghiệp.
  • Hoặc là các bằng chứng về các mối quan hệ thương mại hay nghề nghiệp : hợp đồng, biên nhận, vân vân …
  • Hoặc là thẻ vào các hội chợ hay hội nghị
  • Chứng từ xác nhận các hoặt động của công ty
  • Lệnh công tác

3. Đi học hay đi đào tạo :

  • Giấy ghi danh tại một trung tâm giáo dục
  • Thẻ sinh viên của một trung tâm giáo dục hay chừng từ mô tả các khóa học mà đương đơn sẽ theo học ( trong trường hợp giấy ghi danh không ghi các chi tiết)

4. Đi với mục đích văn hoa, thể thao, chánh trị hay khác :

  • Thư mời hay giấy vào cửa, giấy ghi danh hay chương trình nói rõ ( trong khá năng có thể) tên tổ chức mời và thời gian lưu trú hoặc là các chứng từ khác thích hợp cho biết rõ mục đích của chuyến đi.

5. Đi với mục đích y tế :

  • Chứng từ chánh thức của một cơ quan y tế xác nhận rằng tại Việt Nam hay tại các quốc gia lân cận (Thái Lan, Singapour) không có khả năng trị bệnh nầy.
  • Giấy chấp thuận nhận điều trị của một trung tâm y tế tại Pháp cho biết rõ ngày và thời gian nằm viện và bản ước tính chi phí điều trị.
  • Giấy xác nhận chịu tất cả chi phí của một tổ chức hoặc là chứng từ chứng minh là các chi phí y tế đã được thanh toán

6. Đi với mục đích tôn giáo :

  • ‘’Chỉ cần chứng từ duy nhất ‘’ do trung tâm tôn giáo mời cấp. Trong trường hợp nầy, không cần nộp các chứng từ nêu tại các mục 3,4,5 và 6.

7. Đi với mục đích khoa học, nếu đương đơn có ý định tiếp tục công việc nghiên cứu tại một trung tâm Pháp, trong trường hợp lương hay học bổng từ phía Pháp :

  • Bản chánh giấy tiệp nhận “protocole d’accueil” được trung tâm tiếp đón và Sở cảnh sát duyệt. Trong trường hợp nầy, không cần nộp các chứng từ nêu tại các mục 3,4,5 và 6.

3. Chứng từ chứng minh chỗ ở :

1. Chứng minh chỗ ở :

  • Giấy của khách sạn xác nhận có giữ chổ trong suốt thời gian lưu trú trong khối Schengen có ghi rõ các ngày và thời gian lưu trú. Trình bản chánh và photocopie. Nếu lưu trú tại nhà một cá nhân, một bản chánh giấy bảo lãnh ( http://vosdroits.service-public.fr/F2191.xhtml) do ủy ban (mairie) nơi lưu trú cấp.

4. Khả năng tài chánh :

1. 1-Chứng từ chứng minh khả năng tài chánh cho biết đương đơn có khả năng thanh toán chi phí trong suốt thời gian lưu trú trong khối Schengen ( trung bình là 45 Euros/1 ngày).Sổ tiết kiệm, sao kê ngân hàng trong ít nhất là 3 tháng, vân vân …. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.

5. Các chứng từ khác :

1. Giấy giử chỗ máy bay (lịch trình bay) đi và về Việt Nam-Pháp do 1 công ty hàng không cấp. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.

2. Lịch trình chuyến đi ghi rõ ngày vào và ra và số ngày lưu trú tại từng quốc gia và mục đích của chuyến đi.

3. Chúng từ chứng minh nghề nghiệp :

  • Nhân viên có lãnh lương : giấy xác nhận làm việc có ghi họ tên, chức danh, ngày bắt đầu làm việc và mức lương của đương đơn, ghi trên giấy có tiêu đề của công ty có đề ngày, được kí và có con dấu của công ty. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.
  • Sinh viên : Giấy xác nhận học có ghi ngày dự kiến hết học kì, trường hợp khác, giấy xác nhận có học bổng. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.
  • Công việc tự do : Giấy đăng kí công ty, biên lai đóng thuế. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.

4. Visa của các quốc gia ngoài khối Schengen sau khi đi Pháp. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.

6. Bảo hiểm đi lại :

1. 1-Bảo hiểm đi lại quốc tế chấp nhận chi trả đến mức 30 000 Euros các chi phí nằm bệnh viện và hồi hương. Trình bản chánh và photocopie.

7. Trẻ dưới 18 tuổi :

1. Giấy cho phép do cha và mẹ viết và kí tên
2. 1-Photocopie hộ chiếu của cha và mẹ ( hoặc là giấy tùy thân khác có ảnh)
3. 1-Chứng từ chứng minh liên hệ gia đình
