Thủ tục xin visa Du lịch, thăm thân Tây Ban Nha

Thị thực du lịch / thăm thân nhân: ngắn hạn
Thời gian lưu trú dài nhất là 90 ngày trong  khoảng thời gian 6 tháng.

1. Đơn xin thị thực : điền chữ in hoa vào tất cả các mục, vui lòng ký đơn . Trường hợp vị thành niên và người tàn tật, bố mẹ hoặc ngừoi đại diện hợp pháp của người đó phải ký vào đơn.
2. Hộ chiếu : có giá trị ít nhất 3 tháng trước ngày dự định rời khỏi lãnh thổ Shengen của chuyến đi cuối cùng. Hộ chiếu phải có ít nhất 2 trang còn trống và được cấp trong vòng 10 năm trở lại. Một bản copy khổ A4 tất cả các trang hộ chiếu gốc ( kể cả trang trắng ). Nếu có hộ chiếu cũ thì phải trình bản gốc và nộp kèm 1 bản copy khổ A4 của các hộ chiếu này
3. Sơ yếu lý lịch của người xin thị thực, theo mẫu của đại sứ quán cung cấp ( không dành cho hộ chiếu ngoại giao và ngừoi dưới 16 tuổi )” VUI LÒNG NHẤP VÀO ĐÂYĐỂ TẢI MẪU ĐƠN”Mẫu đơn cho du lich thăm thân nhân” VUI LÒNG NHẤP VÀO ĐÂY ĐỂ TẢI MẪU ĐƠN”
4. Một ảnh màu chụp gần đây nhất, cỡ ảnh hộ chiếu, chụp thẳng mặt, nền trắng và có ghi rõ họ tên phía sau ảnh. Có thể dán ảnh vào phần tương ứng trong đơn , nhưng không dung ghim bấm.
5. Bảo hiểm du lịch : ( không áp dụng cho hộ chiếu ngoại giao và hộ chiếu công vụ ): bảo hiểm phải có giá trị tối thiểu 30,000 UR và có giá trị toàn bộ các nước thành viên khối Schengen. Thời hạn của bảo hiểm phải bao gồm toàn bộ thời gian lưu trú tại lãnh thổ Shengen, tức là kể từ ngày vào nước thành viên là điểm đến đầu tiên của hành trình cho tới ngày xuất cảnh để tới một nước thứ 3 không thuộc lãnh thổ Shengen. Ví dụ : : rời Việt Nam ngày 11-10-10, tới Frankfurt ngày hôm sau và hanhg trình bay về từ Frankfurt- Bangkok-Hanoi ngày 20-10-10 : bảo hiểm phải có giá trị ít nhất từ ngày 12-10-10 tới ngày 20-10-10. Những người xin thị thực vào nhiều lần chỉ cần mua bảo hiểm cho chuyến đi đầu tiên. Bảo hiểm phải bao gồm các chi phí y tế , cấp cứu, chi phí nhập viện cấp cứu, và chi phí hồi hương vì lý do y tế hay tử vong trong thời gian lưu trú tại lãnh thổ Schengen.
6. Đăt vé ( không phải vé ) máy bay khứ hồi. sau khi hồ sơ được duyệt cấp, đại sứ quán có thể yêu cầu trình bày vé máy bay trước khi cấp thị thực. trong trường hợp có nhiều đích đến, phải nộp thêm giấy tờ kê chi tiết và có trật tự hành trình chuyến đi, trong đó nêu rõ các chuyến bay, thời gian ở và mục đích ở mỗi chuyến đến và nơi lưu trú. Bản kê này phải do người xin thị thực ký. Nếu có sử dụng phương tiện giao thông khác ngoài máy bay, phải nộp đặt chỗ và hóa đơn tương ứng, nếu chưa có phải ghi rõ trong bản khai nêu trên lịch trình và ngày giừo của các phương tiện giao thông sẽ sử dụng.
7. Bản thư mời gốc : trong trường hợp đi theo lời mời cá nhân. Đại sứ quán chỉ chấp nhận mẫu thư mời chính thức cấp bởi Sở cảnh sát nơi ngừoi mời cư trú ( xem chỉ thị PRE/1283/2007 ngày 10/5 trên Công báo ngày 11/5/2007 quy định về các khái niệm và thủ tục cho các cá nhân làm thư mời cho người nước ngoài nhập cảnh với mục đích cá nhân hoặc mục đích du lịch ) hoặc chứng thư làm trước công chứng viên. Trong các trường hợp đặc biệt, và chỉ với sự chấp nhận của đại sứ quán, có thể thay thế bằng thư mời cá nhân. Trong mọi trường hợp, thư mời này không đồng nghĩa với việc người xin thị thực có thể bỏ qua các yêu cầu khác để nhập cảnh, do thư mời chỉ đảm bảo yêu cầu về chỗ ở trong thời gian lưu trú. Việc chứng minh có quan hệ thư từ và liên lạc bằng điện thoại cũng sẽ nâng cao khả năng được chấp thuận của hồ sơ xin thị thực.
8. Chứng minh khả năng chi trả cá nhân : trong thời gian lưu trú tại lãnh thổ Schengen ( không áp dụng đối với hộ chiếu ngoại giao và hộ chiếu công vụ ). Người xin thị thực cần chứng minh số tiền tối thiểu là 569.97 EUR nếu thời gian lưu trú từ 9 ngày trở xuống và thêm 63.33 EUR mỗi ngày từ ngày thứ 10 trở đi. Có thể nộp sao kê tài khoản cá nhân tại ngân hang trong vòng 3 tháng trở lại đây, séc đảm bảo, séc du lịch, thư xác nhận trả tiền và thẻ tín dụng kèm theo xác minh số dư tài khoản hoặc sổ tiết kiệm hiện có ( yêu cầu tài khoản chính chủ, trừ trường hợp trẻ vị thành niên thì chấp nhận giấy tờ chứng minh mang tên bố mẹ hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp của trẻ ). Không chấp nhận xác nhận của ngân hang hoặc sao kê tài khoản cấp qua internet.
9. Chứng minh rang buộc kinh tế  và xã hội ở Việt Nam

– Nếu người xin thị thực là doanh nghiệp: phải nộp bản sao công chứng giấy đăng ký kinh doanh ( trừ trường hợp công ty nhà nước ), chứng minh là cổ đông của công ty và giấy xác nhận đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thuế của công ty 1 năm trước đó. Nếu là người làm công ăn lương, phải nộp giấy cho nghỉ phép có chữ ký của người sử dụng lao động, nêu rõ chức danh và mức thu nhập hàng tháng. Nếu là học sinh, sinh viên phải có thư giới thiệu của trường.
– Nếu có tài khoản ngân hàng, sổ phụ khách hàng của 3 tháng gần nhất. Nếu không sử dụng tài khoản ngân hàng cần nộp giấy khai rõ không sử dụng tài khoản có chữ ký của người xin thị thực. nếu là người làm công ăn lương, nộp bảng lương 3 tháng cuối và hợp đồng lao động.
– Giấy chứng nhận kết hôn và giấy khai sinh của các con của người xin thị thực ( nếu có )
– Giấy tờ chứng minh việc sỡ hữu hợp pháp bất động sản, nếu có
10. Chỉ dành cho người nước ngoài sống tại việt nam : giấy phép cư trú hoặc giấy tờ tương đương.
11. Nếu cư trú tại khách sạn hay các cơ sỡ công cộng, phải nộp xác nhận đặt phòng của tất cả các khách sạn định lưu trú ( hóa đơn hoặc chứng nhận trả tiền trước hoặc xác nhận đặt chỗ ). Nếu ở nhà riêng, cần phải nộp hợp đồng thuê nhà hoặc giấy tờ chứng nhận sỡ hữu nhà.
12. Chỉ dành cho trẻ vị thành niên hoặc người tàn tật không đi cùng cha mẹ hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp: giấy đồng ý của cả bố và mẹ hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp của trẻ, cùng với giấy khai sinh của trẻ và bản sao hộ chiếu hoặc Chứng Minh Thư của bố mẹ hoặc ngừoi đại diện hợp pháp. Giaý đồng ý và giấy khai sinh phải được chứng nhận lãnh sự tại Cục Lãnh sự- Bộ ngoại giao Việt Nam.

CHÚ Ý :

Người xin thị thực có quyền nộp bất kì giấy tờ nào khác được cho là cần thiết hỗ trợ cho hồ sơ xin thị thực. đại sứ quán Tây Ban Nha có thể yêu cầu bổ sung hồ sơ nếu thấy cần thiết, cũng như yêu cầu phỏng vấn trực tiếp.
Hồ sơ cần được xếp theo trình tự trên, nộp bản gốc ( sẽ được trả lại khi kết thúc xét duyệt hồ sơ ) kèm bản copy ngay sau bản gốc. bản copy cần rõ rang và bao gồm tất cả các trang trắng ( ví dụ như hộ chiếu ). Tuy nhiên , các giấy tờ gửi đề tên đại sứ quán hay các phòng ban đại sứ quán ( ví dụ như thư giới thiệu gửi cho đại sứ quán chứ không phải gửi người được mời ) thì không được trả lại bản gốc và không cần nộp kèm bản copy. Giấy tờ gốc nào không nộp kèm bản copy có nghĩa là người xin thị thực không yêu cầu được trả lại và đại sứ quán giữ lại các bản gốc này. Giấy tờ bằng tiếng việt phải được nộp kèm bản dịch tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Tây Ban Nha, để trên bản copy tiếng việt giấy tờ gốc. các giấy tờ như : giấy khai sinh, giấy chứng nhận kết hôn… phải được chứng nhận lãnh sự cả bản gốc lẫn bản dịch tại Cục lãnh sự, Bộ ngoại giao Việt Nam. Trường hợp đi theo đoàn, phải nộp bản sao giấy tờ chung cho mỗi hồ sơ xin thị thực.
Quyết định cuối cùng cấp thị thực thuộc về Đại sứ quán.
